Colombia backs Insulza’s reelection in OAS

Colombian Foreign Minister, Jaime Bermúdez, announced this Thursday that the country will support Chilean Jose Miguel Insulza's re-election bid in the Organization of American States (OAS). He added that at the time, there are no other clear candidates and that in sight of no other alternatives, Insulza, who has been the head of OAS since 2005, is the way to go. His five year period ends in May but the election that will decide his future will be held on March 24.
