No to military jurisdiction
The Colombian government asked the Congress, which is reviewing the judicial reform project, to remove the military jurisdiction item. This article has upset various politicians and citizens, who think that if it's approved it will relive the times of impunity. The interior minister, Germán Vargas Lleras said that what they want is to "present a comprehensive proposal to the issues concerning the military trial and likewise for omission or acting “ultra vires” in exercising their functions."
